Andrew brings significant leadership experience to his role. Consistently demonstrating high level critical thinking at an executive level to better meet St John of God Marillac’s objectives.

Andrew opens the line of communication between clients, families, and stakeholders to get projects done. With over 30 years in both Health Care and Not for Profit sectors, Andrew has experience in management consultation, corporate governance, quality management, professional development, strategic implementation, and organisational collaboration.

He successfully managed the redevelopment and expansions of several private hospitals while implementing national performance programs across Victoria and Tasmania.

Andrew’s reputation of inspiring his teams to play to their strengths and continually promoting a positive work culture is widely recognised. He consistently identifies challenges and turns them in to opportunities.

As such, Andrew is aligned to the Mission and Values of St John of God Marillac and promoting positive outcomes for its clients and families and caregivers.

Andrew holds a Graduate Certificate in Quality Management, Swinburne University.
